Key Responsibilities:
Ensure construction projects are delivered safely, on budget, and within agreed timelines.
Oversee and manage project schedules, ensuring alignment with objectives.
Delegate tasks effectively to team members, ensuring smooth execution of each phase of construction.
Monitor project progress to ensure adherence to plans, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to maintain efficiency throughout the project.
